Working in partnership with Australian artists and iconic bush poetry, we take inspiration from the Australian landscape to craft scented homewares that promote a sense of this beautiful place we call home. A sense of Australia.
Our work with Southern Wild Co is informed by our own homes and life in the bush. We sought a way to share the evocative nature of wild Australian landscapes with friends and family and discovered the power of scent, captivated by its ability to arouse emotion and trigger memories of home in us all.
Headquartered in an old shearing shed near the historic village of Rockley NSW, we work with our wonderful local team, combining our love of Australian literature, art and design with the science of scent-making to translate it into our distinctive brand.
Each Southern Wild Co scent is built upon the narrative, that ‘home is where the scent is’, aiming to evoke comforting memories that inspire a feeling of ‘home’. Our bush home.
And the sun sank again on the grand Australian bush – the nurse and tutor of eccentric minds, the home of the weird, and of much that is different from things in other lands.
